How to Join Our Team
The Human Resources office directs the recruitment, hiring, evaluation of all staff, and the placement of substitute teachers. The Brookline Schools employ more than 1000 full and part-time teachers, counselors, and administrators and approximately 250 support staff.
Hiring Process
- Apply Online: Candidates begin by submitting an online application through SchoolSpring.com
- Application Review: Hiring managers carefully review applications to identify candidates whose experience and skills align with the position.
- Interview Selection: Selected candidates are contacted and invited to participate in an interview.
- Interviews: Interviews are conducted by the hirirng manager and/or a selection committee to learn more about each candidate and their interest in joining our district.
- Offers of Employment: Employment offers are extended following reference checks and verification of required licensure documentation.
