The Public Schools of Brookline is deeply committed to addressing discrimination in all forms. The Office of Educational Equity works to ensure the safety, dignity, and sense of belonging of every community member.

Who can submit a report?

Students, families, employees, and administrators may use this form to report any incident of discrimination or harassment involving members of the Public Schools of Brookline community. You may report an incident that happened to you or one that you witnessed.

Who receives your report?

Submissions are shared with the appropriate school administration, the Office of Educational Equity, and the Office of Student Services.
